Jingle Mushkin celebrates autonomy the power of making respectful choices, expressing your values, and thinking independently. In this creative, confidence, building session, children explore what matters to them and how to stay true to themselves, even when it feels hard. With music, movement, mystery, and meaningful discussion, this session empowers children to embrace individuality, use their voice kindly, and practise making decisions that reflect their values. What We Explore 💎 Reflect on their personal values, identifying what matters most to them using prompts and visual tools. 🎵 Collaborate to write and perform their own class song or chant, celebrating individuality and collective voice. 🕵️♂️ Take part in a “Follow the Clues” challenge, using critical thinking to uncover autonomy-themed messages hidden around the space. 🎨 Engage in a body image and self-respect activity, using drawings and affirmations to celebrate their uniqueness. 🎭 Explore social pressures through role-play and practise standing confidently in their own truth. 💬 Discuss real-life choices and how to make decisions that feel right, kind, and true to themselves.
